| Gallery HTML Generator |

gallery submission generator generate html files for FTP upload to freehost / paid server generate static URL (no recip / affiliate hosted galleries) submissions
all generated submissions are appended to the Submission Calendar tab |
|
| Submission Que |

a submission tray / base database settings coordinator generated submissions in the Submission Calendar tab are moved here before being submitted manually by the user (or automatic mode) in the Submission Zone 1 tab. This allows a user to modify anything in the Submission Que and click "Fill Form" again in Submission Zone 1 to check form behaviour The yellow tabs permit the user to modify base database definitions (add, edit or delete categories or create new custom rules for specific sites)

any altered base database definitions (categories, etc) will be updated in all Database Tab site entries (submission URLs) in the database automatically (for example, if you rename the category "anal" to "ass fucking", all the sites which have "anal" keywords defined in their custom definitions templates will be updated to "ass fucking") |

V: view HTML source of web page F: activate Form Professor (you can use this option to import a submission URL into your DS database) D: current highlighted submission tray in Submission Calendar tab linked to the Database tab during submission - click this button to edit the site (submission URL) on the go C: submission tray currently being submitted and linked to the Submission Calendar tab (you can view / modify the submission tray on the go)

No a-x: enable / disable active-x components from loading in the Internet Explorer window (tick for super turbo submission web page submission URL loading) No s/j: enable / disable java compontents from loading in the Internet Explorer window

No img: enable / disable images from loading in the Internet Explorer window (super turbos through submissions as the web page submission URL loading is just text only and instant) No popup SZ2: enable the popping up of result pages (after you click submit on a web page submission URL's form) - however, they will not get processed properly as the pop up result would normally be moved to Submission Zone 2 ` or F1 or ESC: during submission process you can go to the next or previous submission tray qued in the Submission Calendar tab automatically for a smooth submission process the white box: is actually a container which fills with the Database tab site's own information box (good for identifying special rules during submission, etc)

| Submission Zone 2 |

if during manual or automatic submission (after the form's submit button is clicked) any result page that "pops up" will be redirected to this window and processed accordingly (reason being that there are many ways to pop up the result page and limiting that option would make less sites submittable) |

general settings tab to guide DS behaviour live

manual submission: when a webmaster submits galleries from one site to another, DS will do an advanced error check after the form has been filled - if there are errors, it can either pop up an error box with the information or not - tick to mute automatic submission: during this process you can have DS pop up the error box when doing its advanced error checking or if muted, to save the error results (submission result) in a history file for reference (usually the Submission Calendar submission trays get tagged with a red ball)

during a manual or automatic submission process a webmaster at times would like nofitication when the last submission tray in the Submission Calendar has been reached (basically at the start or end of the submission) - if ticked the "complete" or "beginning" pop up dialog boxes will not appear

in the Database tab when you edit some site definitions (submission URLs) it is possible to have generated galleries for these sites sent by email instead of the web page form - however in this instance you have the option to either have DS pop up a warning box (OK to send / process or CANCEL) or silently

if you are fixing / updating your database during manual or automatic submission you can tick this box - and if any submission errors pop up the hands free automatic submission process will stop

tick this box to activate the Automated Scheduler tab's scheduled group processing (so it will start the hands free automated submission process for submission groups for whatever date and time in the future they were set for)

yes - we added sound effects - for the simple reason if you would like to know when DS starts an Automated Scheduler tab scheduled submission group and when the submission finishes (these are .wav files in your program directory which you can swap to have your own sound effects) in case you are sitting downstairs in your town house relaxing away from the virtual office upstairs

during the submission process in the Submission Zone 1 / 2 tabs both Internet Explorer windows time out after waiting x no. of seconds for a web page to load (sometimes they can stall forever, but DS will time out and continue on) - you can control this by keying in these x no. of seconds

go proxy: select a proxy by clicking the yellow folder and selecting one from the available choices - then click "go proxy" to activate this new proxy disconnect: turns off proxy from Internet Explorer windows and resets to original proxy test proxies: tests connections to the proxies and labels them either red or green reset IE cache: cleans up hard drive space from previous Internet Explorer windows caching (saving web page data to hard drive for faster re-load at a later date)

in the Submission Calendar tab the submission trays can be set for either manual (M) or automatic (A) submission - this option stops any automatic submission from automatically clicking the submit button once it goes to the web page submission URL and fills out the form (this option is usually checked if you are going through all of your submission trays to QA submission forms per site in the Database tab)

when a scheduled submission group in the Automated Scheduler fires for certain times and dates (gets moved to the Submission Calendar and the first entry is double clicked automatically to start the automatic submission process) DS can clear the Internet Explorer window non-cookied cache to clean up the hard drive and restore hard drive space

the majority of webmasters who submit either manually or automatically like to quickly glance at a web site form (submission URL) to see how the form is filled out during submission (in case the eye catches an error or a misconfiguration) - by default, DS will wait 1 second before filling out these forms - but you can disable this by ticking this option for 0 second wait time and immediate form filling convenience

you are able to type in URLs in the Submission Zone 1 tab and hit return to load the web pages - however, some web pages require you to hit return while typing inside a text box and this option disables hitting of the return key which would trigger a URL change and lets the web page form take control of the return key

if ticked the Submission Zone 1 / 2 Internet Explorer windows will not cache pages on your computer but will load them originally on the go do not tick this box if you want Submission Zone 1 / 2 Internet Explorer windows to cache pages on the go (next time around the loading of the submission pages will be faster)

after each automatic submission DS will scan its result page for any text phrases you define herein - and mark the Submission Calendar tab submission trays with a green ball to indicate a match in the Submission adaptation library or a red ball to indicate no match found (usually means there was an error submitting so you can double check after a full submission process and fix up anything in the Database tab and re-submit)

the proxy method - some sites only allow specific DNS zones to submit x no. of galleries daily - meaning first come first serve - and that is why when you submit to certain sites you will receive a "already submitted max. no of galleries for today" on the result page when you have not - if you switch a proxy before submitting, your DNS zone will change and you can bypass this issue easily and get more submissions done (more traffic, more hits and more sales)

after each automatic submission DS will scan its result page for any text phrases you define herein - and mark the Submission Calendar tab submission trays with a blue ball to indicate a match in the Submission overflow library usually it is a good idea after a full submission to change proxies and re-start the automatic submission process (just double click on any Submission Calendar submission tray and it will go down the list) applying the proxy method after a full submission ensures more will go through as some sites have DNS restrictions (that is why sometimes after a submission you will notice a "already submitted max galleries for today" when you have not posted even one)

| Automated Scheduler |

unlimited Submission Que tray container move Submission Que trays from the Submission Calendar to the Automated Scheduler into hands free time scheduled groups (auto submissions) or manual groups (ie - to do for "later" or "leftover" submissions) move groups or individual Submission Que trays to the Submission Calendar time scheduled groups move their respective Submission Que trays to the Submission Calendar for automated hands free submission
the user can move left over submissions from the Submission Calendar tab for later submission and use this tray container as a place holder for future submissions (just set the scheduled group for a past date so as it will not execute in the future) |
