Site Specific SPONSOR LINK CODES and GALLERY TEMPLATES

What do you mean by site specific sponsor link codes and gallery templates?

Some sites that you submit to require you to use sponsor link codes that link to your sponsors tours with no exit consoles and popups (and the sponsors give you less per signup for this), And some sites that you submit to don't care and will allow you to submit galleries that link to sponsor tours with popups and exits. In the past no submitter has offered the functionality to use both in a single submission. Until Now. Now you can submit the popup free galleries to the sites that want them, and the galleries that link to tours with popups to the rest, all in a single submission generation. In addition to this, dreamsubmitter has now coded in the feature to link site specific gallery templates to each link code, allowing you to use multiple gallery templates in a single submission! Some sites only want you to have their own recip, some sites want you to have no recips, some sites allow you to link pictures to sponsors, some don't, imagine being able to customize your submissions with multiple templates to meet every sites needs! Yes thats right, you now CAN with dreamsubmitter 1.9.

You can also use this feature to use certain campaign link codes for certain sites, for instance if you wanted to create a campaign link code with xbangcash that would track hits and sales from worldsex, you could create a campaign link code called worldsex on xbangcash, and then setup DS to use this link code ONLY when submitting to worldsex!(This function is excellent for tracking payed partnerships and listings)

Heres how:

First click the generator tab, and the properties tab, and select the "Using Profile" dropdown to select a profile you wish to use first.

After clicking the yellow folder beside the "Sponsor link code" box, this window will appear in order to customize your sponsor linking codes:

*Reminder* - You must set the replace code in your gallery template so the software can locate where to input the sponsor link code when generating the galleries. In this case i would put <---link code---> in my template every place i wanted my sponsor link code inputted.

1. Default Sponsor Linkcode box : The sponsor linkcode that will be used on all sites that do not have a sponsor code value (sc) set, or are set to sc01.
2. Default template location: The gallery template file that will be used for all sites that have a sponsor link code set to sc01. If blank will use default from properties tab (7).
3. Template browse to file folder: Click to browse your harddrive and select a template to use.
4. Sponsor linkcode 3 settings: Includes sponsor link code and template. In this case using a no console link code with my custom template that does not include any recips.
5. Sponsor linkcode 5 settings: Includes sponsor link code and template. In this case using a no console link code with my custom template that only includes one recip.
6. Sponsor linkcode 6 settings: Includes sponsor link code and template. In this case using a console link code with my custom template that has many images linked to sponsor. (For sites that aren't picky about number of links to sponsor or sponsor consoles.)
7. Default gallery template file location.

In the above screenshot, I have setup my link codes so that i can generate 7 different combinations in ONE submission! The combinations are as follows: sc01 - template (default very few links to sponsor) - sponsor consoles / sc02 - template (default very few links to sponsor) - no sponsor consoles / sc03 - template1(no recips) - no sponsor consoles / sc04 - template2(self recip) - sponsor consoles / sc05 - template2(self recip) - no sponsor consoles / sc06 - template3(Many pics linked to sponsor) - sponsor consoles / sc07 - template3(Many pics linked to sponsor) - no sponsor consoles

After setting these up, click ok and save your profile. ** Remember these linkcodes and templates are profile specific so you must set them up for each profile.

How do I set a site up in the database to use a custom sponsor link code/template combination?

First, you must goto the "Recipricols" Tab in the generator and select a site you wish to make the change to. Double click the site as if you were going to edit its recip information. As you can see, there is a new drop down menu here:

You do not need to setup sites that will use the default sponsor link code, only sites that use something other than the default sponsor linking code (02-50).
